Today I want to share my 'Before' 😩 pictures.

I was unable to find it in my phone/profile πŸ“± as I used to delete pics in which I looked fat. These pics are taken from my friend's profile. πŸ’β€β™€οΈπŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ™

P.S. : I have squeezed my tummy by holding my breath in order to look slimmer in all the pics πŸ˜‚

A few years back due to 'No Activity' & Binge eating 'Outside Food', I gained alot of weight.🌭πŸ₯ͺπŸ”πŸ•πŸ§

I am 5'3 in height & 74 Kgs😩 in these pictures but right now I am 57 Kgs.😍

I lost 17 Kgs.❀️❀️

Point is I never realised that I am gaining weight & it kept on increasing. To me, I was normal only.

It was only when I missed my periods for 3 months & I went to the gynocologist. She told me that I have come into 'Obese' Category & may have symptoms of PCOS if I don't loose weight.

I was shocked that when did I gain so much weight! But I worked on my diet & started working out. πŸ₯¦πŸ“πŸ₯—

Continuously reading about NutritionπŸ₯—, WorkoutsπŸ’ͺ & Running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ also actually doing it made me passionate about Fitness. 🀩

And hence I want to help each one of the person who wants to get fit & strong. πŸ’ͺ
