New recipe alert! Andouille sausage and butternut squash hash π€€
Hello, my baker friends! I know...it's been a really long time. I haven't abandoned the blog, I promise! It's just that going from being a full time housewife, to then a barista, and now a brunch front of house manager has slowly put a dent in my hobby time (not to mention my hobby energy). But I still love developing recipes, and I hope you'll stick around and keep trying them out and offering your support. It means the world β¨
So if you're interested, please give this savory, hearty, delicious caramelized butternut squash and andouille sausage hash a try! It makes for an amazing filling breakfast, beautiful brunch, or honestly any meal you want to make it for, and it's easy to throw together, too. And the creamy queso fresco and spicy jalapeno make it honestly hard to stop eating it. Honestly, I want a big bowl of it right now.
Click the link below to find the recipe and let me know what you think! Again, thanks so much. Love you all π§‘

Hey friends, hope you're all doing well! π It's been an eventful week in our household. If you follow my personal account, , you might know that we sadly lost our guinea pig Domino last Thursday.
If you've ever had guinea pigs or known anyone who has, you might know that piggies are very social herd animals. So, as a result of the loss of our Domino, we also adopted a baby piggy to serve as a new companion for our dear Teddy. We're very pleased and grateful to say that they're both doing wonderfully. π§‘
If you're interested in what happened and the process we went through to adopt our new little girl, you can read about it in my new post called Domino and Buttercream - Saying Goodbye and Hello. Find it by clicking the link below, and give your pets a hug for me!

Hey there baker friends! It's been a minute! The past month has been a whirlwind around here. My husband and I traveled across the US to my wonderful friend 's wedding, and I baked all of her wedding desserts right from my mom's kitchen! It took a full year of prep and practice learning how to make her the most delicious macarons possible, and I'm incredibly proud to have done it.
And now, a week or so of rest and then I'll be jumping right back into the recipe development! Any recommendations for recipes you'd like to see coming up?
