Over pronation is the cause and result of bad posture and pain. Even shoulder pain. Working out with a centered talus bone is a great start. You can even put a band trying to force your ankle into a pronated state (inward sag) and fighting it while doing a leg exercise (squats, lunges, etc) sets your muscles straight! Try it out. Why whey protein? It's one of the easiest proteins to digest. It is a highly filling snack, When made correctly it is very healthy for you. It isn't only for meatheads. A high-protein diet will aid in weight loss.

This isn't just an ad for whey protein, here's some real knowledge from a pro:

Eat your lean body weight in grams of protein per day and you will see a difference in your metabolism. Your lean body weight is what you weigh without your fat. If you don't have a scale that measures fat percentage, go online and look up fat percentage examples of your gender.

Guestimate what percentage you are, and then multiply that times your body weight. That's your estimated fat content. Your lean body weight is you without your fat, so fat - actual body weight.

Here is the formula: (ABW) - ((Fat%) x ABW) = LBW

ABW: Actual Body Weight

Fat%: Fat Percentage

LBW: Lean Body Weight

For example: If a man weighs 250, and has a fat percentage of 20%, the formula would look like this:

250 - ((0.2)*250) = LBW

250 - (50) = LBW

200 = LBW

200g of Protein per day

(when multiplying with a percentage, move the decimal over to the left 2 times, (ie: 20% = 0.2)
