Top 10 Keyboard Shortcuts in Excel
I. Select Entire Row & Column :
Press SHIFT+SPACE to select the entire Row & CTRL+SPACE to select the entire Column.
II. Insert New Row Or Column :
CTRL plus (+) to Insert a new ROW or a new COLUMN.
III. Spell Check in Excel :
to check the content spell click on the F7 function key on your keyboard.
IV. Format a cell using Dialogue box :
To open format cell option for any cell click on the cell and press CTRL+1 to open the dialogue box.
V. Jump to last row :
CTRL+DOWN arrow to move to the last row of the data set & CTRL+UP to move to the top row of data set.
VI. Jump to Last Column :
CTRL+RIGHT arrow to move to the last column of the data set & CTRL+LEFT to move to the first column of the data set.
VII. Switch between worksheets :
CTRL+PAGE DOWN to move to the next worksheet in your workbook & CTRL+ PAGE UP to move to the previous worksheet.
VIII. Open right-click menu :
SHIFT+F10 to open the right-click menu on your worksheet.
IX. Current date & current timestamp :
Ctrl+; to get the current date in the cell and Ctrl+: to get the current time in the cell.
X. Repeat the last task :
Press F4 in your keyboard to repeat the last task.
