Corona virus is a man made virus it attacks your respiratory system. The vaccine doesn't help you because it hasn't been properly trialed or marketed properly. Get plenty off sunshine vitamin d. And build your immune system by consuming the minerals and nutrients your body needs. And Build your white blood cells.

The new year is fast approaching us and hope you all have made a plan for the new years resolution ๐.
Water is one off the key elements off weight loss.
My sister changed her eating habit and in 2 days she lost 3lb. How she did this, i told her to have breakfast drink water through out day then to have a evening meal and to eliminate all sugars from her eating habits.
The word Diet should be elimited from the dictionary because when you change the way you eat your changing to a healthy lifestyle. That's my opinion would you agree?
Who wants to know the best way to lose weight with out going to the gym?

Be focused and stay focused, even when your faced with obsticals, which in your mind you think to yourself "that's it I can't do no more" but once you pass this limit off yours and push all the negative attitude and self doubt aside, that is a when you will start to believe in your self.

There are two ways to consume this natural organic way or the powder form.
Me personaly like enjoy the organic way and for a lot off others enjoy it in the powder form.
The natural way you know what your consuming but the powder form can get technical if you dont understand the ingredience.
Its good to mix it up at least you get best off both, on a lazy day the powder can come handy.
I'm not against powder form and I can't say its bad because I've enjoyed it in the past and am planning on getting more ๐.
