The man that took this photograph, Rick Day, started taking pictures after he got caught in a storm and decided to buy a camera. This is the headshot that really got things going for me. Casting directors fell in love with it because I feel like it was such an honest moment that captured the essence of who I am. Thank you, Scott Teitler, for this photograph, which is still one of my personal favorites to this day.

"100 Years of Hairstlyes" for L'Oréal Paris. This was one of the first jobs I booked after making the move from my hometown of Gwinn, MI, to NYC. It's still hard for me to believe this video has amassed over 8.5M views on YouTube!
