It takes time to prep and cook, but for us it's not about that. We love to bring people together by making some wonderful food. Filling their souls, with comfort food that they can enjoy. They'll always remember the amazing times and great food.
Thank you to Jolicias for coming through at the last minute. They made it happen, with a little bit of notice and having family over. This was delicious, even the kids enjoyed it.
The simplest Carne Asada taquitos, turned into a beautiful dinner. Chef Danielle, sure throws down in the kitchen. The flavors are out of this world. Cooked in a sweet red chili pepper, tossed in lime, and golden brown onions. So good you don't need salsa. Cheese or no cheese? You decide. We're blessed.
When I say, we are a family business. My nephew's worked on a few recipes a couple weeks ago. We are bringing breakfast fries. Please do not share photos.

We are still under construction. Unfortunately, the owner Danielle may need surgery and business has once again been pushed back. She has been work very hard, to make the best decisions for her health first. We want to thank everyone for your continued support.
Creamy green chile and tomatillo chili. New recipe, looks a bit like our signature Avocado Salsa, but totally different. We shall see how this goes for chicken enchiladas.

Red chicken chili and black beans. Black beans are in Spanish, Mexican, and Cuban dishes. One of our favorite dishes.
Does it matter what day it is for tacos? The family enjoys these tacos the most.

A special request for a special boy. Avocado salsa, red salsa, and two different Quesos. Not our chips, but you sure can use any chips, crackers or veggies, and all will go great.
Days like this makes me want to make Posole. Well, instead we are prepping a nacho bar for Danielle's nephew. Her nephew sure loves his Nacho's and tacos, but not only does he have a love for food. He also has a dream of one day having a food truck of his own. As we continue to build our dream, we are also preparing for his dream as well. Involve your children in the process, to become successful.
Making enchiladas for my family. Someone once said, "You're not suppose to put tomato sauce in your enchilada sauce, that's not Mexican." The tomato sauce brings down the richness of the red chili just depends how you like it. It originated from Mexico, but their chile is rich and have a deeper taste that some are not use to. Put your own twist on things, how you like it. Hope you all enjoy dinner tonight.

Our Owner/Chef recently graduated from another University, and a non-profit business school. She has been on a journey to be the best she can to be successful. She recently won best Menu, and although she went up against many successful entrepreneurs, her creativeness and ideas lead her in the spot light to shine. Hi all, many know that I recently registered my business and are now called Jolicias. We are in the construction process, but in due time we will be up and running. We will start off as a small catering business that our customers will be able to pickup, deliver, or set-up buffet style depending on your preference. We have started our website, business cards, and are moving along. The process sure has been a bit slower than we expected with COVID and many of us being sick. We are very confident that we will be up and running some time this year. We will be sharing lots of food and other goodies. We are working on a pulled pork, pulled chicken, potato salad, and just a few more recipes and I think we will have a nice menu to choose from. Thank you, for the love.
