Go outside ☀️ Going outside is important for your mind because it provides mental stimulation, reduces stress, and boosts mood. It exposes you to new surroundings, which stimulates your brain and promotes cognitive function. Being in nature has a calming effect, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Debbie Lee is doing AMAZING things with her nonprofit and to say I’m honored to support her and her cause is an understatement! The goal this year will be to raise $10,000! As always with 16x16, 100% of your donations go directly to the foundations we raise the money for.
Since 2019, 16x16 has raised over $60,000! Every penny raised, every penny given!!
