Pastor Andrev Baltazar

Born and raised in the Philippines, and his wife, Pastor Michaela, moved to the United States in 2006 as missionaries. He is the Lead and Founding Pastor of a Filipino church in 2007 which has blossomed into a diverse congregation called Church Unstoppable, in Santa Rosa, California.

Pastor Andrev received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from De La Salle University, Philippines in 2006 and graduated from Christian Life International Bible College at New Life Church, California, with a degree in Biblical Studies and Counseling. A dynamic preacher and gifted teacher, Pastor Andrev is passionate about pursuing a life guided by God’s Word, His Presence, and raising up a generation of spirit-filled believers and leaders who can transform the world through humility, service, and the transformative power of God.

Pastor Andrev has been married for 17 years, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, and their two amazing sons, Ethan and Clay. When he is not teaching, preaching, or counseling, one would find Pastor Andrev playing basketball, billiards, or teaching others how to play the guitar.


Pastor Michaela Ramos Baltazar

Pastor Michaela is the youngest daughter of the late Apostles and Founders of Jesus the Gospel Church International Benjamin and Methusela Ramos. She moved to the United States along with her husband, Pastor Andrev, in 2006 as a missionary. She and Pastor Andrev are the Founding and Lead Pastors of Church Unstoppable, which started as a Filipino church in 2007, and blossomed into a multi-cultural and multi-generational congregation in Santa Rosa, California.

Pastor Michaela studied biology in college and graduated from Christian Life International Bible College at New Life Church, California, with a degree in Biblical Studies and Counseling. Shortly after receiving an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, Pastor Michaela led the establishment of Church Unstoppable Leadership College in 2019. A gifted worship leader, teacher, and digital creator, Pastor Michaela has devoted her life into building God’s kingdom. She carries a vision of seeing people experience the transformative power of God’s love and releasing them into their God-given calling.

Married for 17 years, Pastor Michaela enjoys spending time with her husband, and their two amazing sons, Ethan and Clay. Pastor Michaela loves food tripping or thrifting when she has free time.
