Positivity is a mindset. Welcome and thank you for allowing me to introduce myself to you. My first start-up was when I was still in Year 9 at school.
My name is Bikash Pandey, and I am currently the CEO of an educational institute, Vibe College. While growing up, my parents always emphasised the importance of a good education and the benefits that follow with becoming independent. They ad

Every year, thousands of international students arrive in Australia with a dream of building a great life and bright future. However, in a short period of time, those dreams are challenged in many ways that they might not have prepared. Some overcome those challenges and some don't. This video is an interview with one of the students (Karan Kashyap) who came with such dreams, but now is going through visa issues and challenges. Yet he is fighting the challenges and have decided not to give up. But instead he agreed to help create awareness among new students that are planning to come to Australia for a better future.
Please watch the video and give me feedbacks. Also, please send me a message if you want me to bring future videos on any particular topics.
Four years of being an International Student in Australia. Karan Kashyap, an international student from Nepal shares his experience of struggle and victories in Australia.,
Many people believe that 'more is better'. As for me, it's the QUALITY THAT MATTERS, not the quantity. This applies to every situtation in life - Have a small circle of friends, but get the genuine ones you can count on; Do less, but do it better; Be focused and be efficient, rather than just working hard for the sake of working hard; Buy less, but make sure it's the thing you really want. π―

Always live in action as it is the mechanism of life. Without initiating any action, your life will be filled with unfulfilled hopes and dreams π€π
Be motivated by those who doubt you, and be encouraged by those who support you. Coz either way, you WIN ππ€ππ―
Definition of sucess differs for everyone. For some, success means money, career, or lovelife. For me, success means happiness, family, and being able to grow everyday.

During my last trip to Nepal- I got asked few times. Sir how come you wear earrings and have coloured hair? However, our discipline incharge tells us we can't do it. Looking at you we see that to be successful, those things doesn't matter π.
My repsone to them and everyone around is - look there is time for everything. Time when you follow the rules and time when you create the rules. I am at stage in life where I have created my own rules and I follow by it, whereas some of you might be at the stage of following the rules.
Please don't compare yourself to anyone else or please don't try to be someone else as your definition of success and their definition of success might be different.
Also remember we are one in billion, so stay the way you are and don't try to be 2nd hand version of someone else.
Who are you when nobody is watching? These are the moments when you are defining yourself.
I believe that we can all achieve greatness in the midst of our everyday routines. All of us have the ability to gaze at the sky. We are all capable of greatness.
Stand up for what you believe in and let your true self shine through.
Be the extraordinary person that you are.

I get asked quiet often on how to be successful or if I have ever failed/made mistakes?
Success means different to everyone. For me success is being happy from inside. Also I have failed multiple times in life. Hence, when I succeed it feels even better.
Everything in life is hard. It is difficult, but not impossible.
Life is too short to stress over small things. Hence, live and party like there is no tomorrow.
However, if tomorrow exists then make sure you haven't done anything stupid that it's hard to stay alive knowing the things you have done π
Have a happy Friday everyone π
Everyday is great to be alive on this planet. If you disagree, please ask nearly 150,000 people that never gets to see the next sunrise.
My motivational sessions at SPA College last week. It was great pleasure to share my experience and life lessons to almost 1000 students. It was great to receive multiple messages, comments from students thanking me for sharing my stories. It has touched my heart from students sharing their stories and promising to make a step towards bettering themselves.
Any amount of appreciation for the students, College faculty, and college management is less to express my gratitude for experience and love I received today.
Thank you SPA College, Dhangadhi, Yograj Gautam sir, SPA College faculty/Management and all the student for such a wonderful day.

It was excellent opportunity to talk to young minds at Pashchimanchal Secondary School sharing my life experiences in hopes of motivating one person at a timeπ
My life experience might be lot less interesting compared to what others might have experienced. However, it's always a great opportunity to recall my college days looking at this crowd.

You dont really work for awards, but when they come ..IT'S NICE.
Life has presented with many challenges, opportunities, failures, successes, and life lessons. It was an honour to receive "Young Achiver Award 2021" from the hand of former Prime Minister Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepal.
Receiving this award was already an highlight, but sharing stage with renowned personalities was icing to the cake.
Moments like this provide fuel to already existing desire to better myself. Thank you Anuza Media, Happy Saffrin and all promoters on the recognition.
Thank you to everyone that I met during my life journey that inspired me to better myself.
It was great ending to 2021 and fresh beginning for 2022 ππ
Few days back I had the pleasure of talking to about 200 students from grade 10 of Skyrider Higher Secondary English Boarding School and share my stories along with life lessons.
I have done multiple sessions with students from MBA to high-school but rarely I got questions from the crowd. Not sure if my presentation was bad or they were too shy to ask questions. However, to my surprise these young crowd came to stage and asked me great questions. I LOVED every minute of this program.
Thank you Skyrider Higher Secondary English Boarding School, Anuza Media , and Happy Saffrin for organising this wonderful session.
Today I had pleasure of talking to MBA and +2 management student from Presidency College Of Management Sciences sharing my life stories and career advices.
I had wonderful time interacting with the crowd and reliving my high school/college days. Even a single person makes some changes in their life from sessions like this, then I would have done my job.
Thank you Presidency College Of Management Science and Anuza Media for organising this event.

"My life will never be the same" was the thought that was in my head. Over the years this thought remain the same. However, my emotion behind it had change significantly. After the accident I hold the thought that my life would never be same with negative attitude and I had given up the thoughts of having a good life. But today I have the same thought in my head with much positive outlook to my life.
10 years journey in the picture below was a hard path. But every wonderful people that I made along the way gave me courage to fight it all. Thank you everyone that helped me be the person today from bottom of my Heart β€ ππ
