The IRS has launched a site to check on your stimulus status (similar to checking on your tax refund).

It is currently only working for some people. It is gradually bring pushed out. Check it later or in a day or two if it doesn't work for you today.

There is also a place to put in your bank information if you did not file 2018 or 2019 taxes.

If you are a NYS retailer, big or small, make sure you are familiar with the rules of the plastic bag ban and how it affects you. 🛍️

If you are required to collect a bag fee, make sure you have updated your POS system to account for this.

You don't want to be scrambling on the back end to try and calculate what you need to remit to NYS.

If you are not required to collect the fee and you do collect one, you will be required to report that as income.
