INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kilo chicken breast (or laman)
1 egg
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cornstarch

FOR THE SAUCE:

1 small ginger, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 small carrot, sliced
1 small-sized green bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp banana ketchup
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp magic sarap (optional)
3 tbsp water
