the weather is a bit grotty so let us just crack on with your qualification!

OK as you have been made aware last week and yesterday it is your test at 12pm (SET AN ALARM ON YOUR PHONE SO YOU DO NOT FORGET) on Moodle so we will not be on teams you will be sitting your test. It will finish at 1pm giving you 15 mins to upload it finish and go make a brew.
When you have finished your test uploads it to Moodle
Put your name and date on it too.

This morning if you have caught up with your work

BLUE- do some Math and English if you have caught up. other wise revise for your test

Yellow - can you all have a chat together and bring some ideas to Elayne about Wednesday themes? or revise (Arnold & Lewis should be doing work) if you want you can use Yellow teams

PINK - everyone has catch up work to do and revision except Georgie. Georgie you could revise or bake?

I can confirm that your priority work is on your VRQ1 chef diploma if your finding it too difficult to do it all just focus on your chef work not gcse English or maths.

I have had this confirmed from Elayne so please just do your chef stuff

Morning all day 2 and I hope that you are all ok

I appreciate that getting work sent may be a bit boring of me BUT I am doing it to help protect your mental health and well being.
In a time when we are all unsure what the future will hold having some stability can only be a positive thing.
On a personal note it is nice for me to hear that you are all ok too.

So I will send some Monday to hand back in Thursday
I will set a task Thursday to do for the following Monday

Evening my lovelies sorry to disturb you but feel I need to contact you, as you may be aware the college will be closing as of Friday, I’m writing to you all to say that I have been extremely impressed with all of you and how you have all reacted this past 2 weeks. It has been very stressful for us all and I know many of you have felt scared, I am very very proud of you even when your driving me nutty 🤣
I will be available at college tomorrow and Friday and Myself and chef Simon will be here to teach you. If any of you had paid to do Mother’s Day cupcakes tomorrow at 12.30 I shall still go ahead but if people don’t feel confident in coming in we will refund you your money.
Rest assured WE WILL still be working towards your VRQ chef diploma and when we are all back to normal we will continue and you WILL pass your course.
I will be in contact soon re you working from home , and for those of you who come in we can catch up and have a lovely day.
