I am super proud to witness it live via social media.

However, I had expected one more speech today at ISRO from that great man Dr. K Sivan who contributed equivalently to our current ISRO Chairman and his tears on the failure of the ex- mission of Chandrayaan 2 itself proved how dedicated he was but destiny was not on his side that day. However, ISRO could have given him atleast 5 minutes to express his happiness on the successful launch of Chandrayaan 3.

I know, We all love our country, and it is not possible to give an opportunity to everyone. But for me, Dr. K Sivan deserved it.
