!!!!! Feels like yesterday that I was driving to bluebird park with to take her high school graduation photos during peak covid era 🫠. This time was a million times more fun. Man, I feel so grateful to have grown up across the street from this woman 🫶🏼🧡🕊️🌺🌙🌸
The 7 year old version of Isabella who wanted to be an astronomer would have LOVED yesterday. 10/10 day.
The loveliest, most relaxed, spring time mommy+me session of all time 😌🌸☀️🌺
Welcoming the days of running-around-in-flowery-fields family sessions 🥲🌸🌺☀️

I’ve had it with the Instagram crop. But still love these. Senior season is nearly upon us, y’all.
Feel like I need an official introduction post here. Haven’t done one of those in a while.
My name is Isabella. I live in St. Louis, happy 314 day. Hope you’re eating imo’s or something to celebrate, if you’re from here 😂. I photographed weddings for a while (my first at age 15 lol that was crazy), now I’m pivoting into family based stuff. Also seniors. I love seniors. I’d love to shoot more true documentary style stuff this year. Eating breakfast at home with your family on a Saturday. Playing with the kids in the yard. First days of school, getting off the bus. Family dinners. Ordinary, non-perfectly-curated-homes. That kind of precious stuff.
Personally, I like chocolate milk, John Mark McMillan music, Jesus, tall trees, not wearing shoes, and fog. I recently discovered I freaking love fog, hence these pictures.
Thanks for being here. If you’re also feeling drawn to the real life, “I want to remember how this season felt” kind of stuff, I’d love to work together this year.

Senior season babyyyyyy 🥳🥳🥳
Spring timey, flowery senior season is right around the corner ☀️🌻🪻🌸🌷
A Sunday at
When Gina and Austin were first dating, they lived on opposite sides of the city so they’d often meet at a central parking garage, right down the street from this one, when they’d hang out. So special to be able to shoot here and commemorate that season of their lives together 🥰🥹🫶🏼
Pro tip, take cool pics of your neighborhood block parties 🫶🏼
Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Feeling very drawn to more documentary style stuff lately, so I’m gonna post more of that 🤷🏻♀️

Hello hello! Long time no see! Sooo this 6 month long Insta break has been glorious. And um, well, it’s not actually over. I just popped back on to say that I’m in the process of working out an email list, and then basically quitting Instagram for the foreseeable future! I’m not going to delete this account, just log off again. If you’d like to sign up for said email list, to get biz updates, see blog posts of recent sessions, etc, comment below or DM me! I’ll be hanging out here for the next few days collecting email addresses.
In the meantime, here’re 10 photos from the MOST EPIC intimate beach wedding I had the honor of shooting a few weeks ago. Love ya .noel.florian and
‼️ON A SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK‼️
I’m taking a social media break until 2022! To get ahold of me, EMAIL ME, or reach out via my website!! I will NOT be seeing DMs!
I’m well aware I don’t fit into the typical “senior photographer” style, here in St. Louis. Everything seems a little more traditional here still. And that’s a-okay.
BUT… if you’re a senior and ARE looking for something a little different than the norm, photos that you love (not just photos that your parents love), something that would actually look cool in your Instagram feed, hit me up asap and we’ll make it happen.
And PS, you deserve to be celebrated in this insane season of life. Taking photos that you love is a pretty dang cool way to do that, if you ask me.

#2020
A favorite memory that I randomly thought about today. Julie and Gary’s elopement was just so sweet. It was a cool, late fall day and Forest Park showed up in all of its fall glory. I had never shot an elopement before, and Julie and Gary weren’t even going to have a photographer. But they decided last minute to reach out and I’m so so happy they did.
We decided on a whim to set up their ceremony in this beautiful corner beside the Grand Basin. It was really just perfect.
I really just think elopements are the best, if you can’t tell 😏🥰

I really do love St. Louis. As much as I daydream about picking up my life and running off to a beach or somewhere warmer or “more interesting,” I’m here for now and I’m really loving it. I’m finding the more time I spend downtown, the more I appreciate it. I’m appreciating all the super cool, old architecture and even the “touristy” Arch. There are endless beautiful corners and I love the way sunlight reflects off of the giant glass buildings, creating beautiful and odd shadows and sun spots. I think it’ll be quite a while before I get tired of shooting down here.
