Sparrows Landing Farm
Social worker, wife, mom of 5, chicken mom, kitten foster and lover of all God's creations! Located in beautiful southern York County PA
We are a larger family and moved to our new home during the pandemic. We are learning about raising chickens and growing our own food. My youngest and I, ok I, have become addicted to incubating and hatching chicks and here we are with chicks galore. Just on a journey to live a beautiful life and give my children wonderful experiences each and every day I am on this amazing earth.

TINY ROOSTER TUESDAY π
Who needs a tiny rooster???? YOU need a tiny rooster!
Have grown hens? Get them a teenage roo to whip into shape!
We have several mixed bantam and pure silkie cockerels looking for new coops! Some of them are off-heat or will be this week. Bantam boys do great with large fowl hens and bantam girls.
We still recommend a slow introduction to your existing birds, but getting a rooster that hasn't started roo-berty is a great way to allow your hens to teach him manners β€οΈ
