So… This is my fourth attempt today to share this journal spread. For some reason, Instagram completely degraded the quality of my photos I just have to try again tomorrow or something. I am happy I made time to play with ink a bit today. The ink is the Diamine Cappadocia, Türkiye Limited Edition ink, that I brought home from . I am very impressed with the ink — love the red sheen and green shimmer that unfortunately you cannot see in today’s post. Oh, well… c’est la vie.

I chose the quote for today’s pen and ink pairing. The ink is the Diamine Cappadocia, Türkiye Limited Edition ink, that I brought home from . It turned out the ink is a perfect match for the Galen Leather x Model 02 Copper Line. Love the red sheen and green shimmer on this ink. I will also post a quick video in my story.

Some of you know that I was supposed to be at Holiday Expo with next week, December 8th and 9th. Something has come up that we have to move our participation to the second Holiday Expo, December 15th and 16th. I am so sorry about this. I hope for the opportunity to see many of you then.

Hello, everyone! 👋
I would like to share some of the treasures I brought home from Pen Fest . I am so grateful for every single item. 🙏 ♥️ I have handmade bookmark and cards, beautiful calligraphy, a piece of dried lavender, a lovely scarf, inks (including the Madrid Pen Show 2023 ink!) and some of you were very kind to take time and write in my notebook. ✍️ These treasures will always remind me of the wonderful time I had in Istanbul.
I also had the pleasure to meet many artisans and makers, some that I have been admiring for some time. Can’t wait to play!

Exactly two weeks ago, I hopped on a plane for Istanbul as I was invited to teach a workshop at the PenFest. I was of course very excited about the trip. What I did not know then was how the whole experience enriched my whole heart. Where do I even begin as there just aren’t enough words to describe how I feel?
A big thank you to and for inviting me along with .notes and to deliver the first workshops ever at PenFest. A special thanks goes to .altekin and for making all the arrangements for us to make sure the workshops were a success. ♥️
Another big thank you goes to my journaling sisters and brothers: Tersh , Deniz .notes, Vanessa , Emrah , and Yigit . I love how we all just jumped in ready to help each other — from setting up the room, tables, and supplies, to translating, documenting, assisting the attendees. What a team we made and I could not have done it without you all! ♥️
Many thanks to so many of you who said hi and introduced yourself to me (so many friends from IG that I finally met IRL!!), visited me in the workshop room and table, attended the workshops and our Journaling Panel. So grateful for all your love and support! ♥️
