We are SO excited to announce our fundraiser for WNY Foster Closet! Enjoy a waffle breakfast and playtime at Friendship Village Play & Cafe (brand new play place in Hamburg!) while you wait for your turn to visit with Santa lives in Alden and get pictures taken by Groovy Chic Photography! We will have a magical wonderland set up, 100% of profits are going to WNY Foster Closet, a non profit that gives so much to the foster care community! Tickets are $60 per family which includes up to 4 total members, any additional are $10. We look forward to kicking off the holiday season with you November 25th 9-11am 🎅🏼

•When and where is the sale?

October 14, The Knights Justin Hall

•How much are tickets?

$10 General Admission

$25 VIP

•What does VIP get me?

-Entry 30 minutes before general opening (9:30am)

-Bougie Buffalo water bottle

-5 raffle tickets

•Will this sale be bigger?

YES! Our location is 3 rooms, over 4,000 square feet!

We have 17 small businesses and 19 high end only consigners!

*Subject to change in instance of sickness etc.

•Why do you charge admission to the sale?

Unlike other sales or consignment stores, sellers only pay a small selling fee and keep 100% of their profits to sell in this sale, As a buyer you are paying for the convince of having all of these items in one place, and the experience of shopping a sale like no other! Many sellers price their items keeping in mind the lack of selling/ shipping fees, and that they are receiving 100% of what they price an item for, which is usually reflected in price. Both admission and selling fees are so I can pay all the expenses (rental location, advertising, signs, decor, website fees, event insurance, bar fee, etc) to put on this amazing sale!

•Why should I pre buy my admission ticket?

There will be multiple lines for entry so that people buying tickets do not hold up people who pre purchased. The 3 lines will be;

-VIP

-Pre purchased General admission (Bought online)

-At the door

•What ages/ sizes will be at the sale?

We have sellers for all sizes and genders from Newborn to Teen, even some adult sizes!

•What is discount hour?

Discount hour is from noon to 1pm (closing) where sellers will have their items marked down for a discount. Sellers who are participating will have a picture up that indicates they are participating with their mark down details. 13 out of 19 consigners are participating in discount hour! (About of sellers participating is subject to change)

•Do we have to leave and come back for the discount hour?

Nope! You can hangout and shop as long or as short as you’d like! We will have hair braiding by Braids by Somer, and drinks at the bar! We are exploring the idea of a food truck also! If you do wish to leave and come back, you can return with your original admission. Admission is required for all hours of the sale, including discount hour.

•What is the Raffle for?

100% of profits will be donated to WNY Foster Closet, who provides clothes and necessities to children 100% free, they are not for profit and 100% volunteer ran.

•When will the raffle drawing be?

11:45 during the sale!

•Why should I pre buy raffle tickets?

You can get a bundle and get more tickets for your money and not worry about writing your name on tickets during the sale, If you pre buy you can either message me what prizes you want your tickets entered in before hand and they will be in the boxes without you having to do anything, or you can pick them up already labeled with your name and all you have to do is drop in the box of your choosing!

•How many VIP tickets will there be?

25 for purchase, a few here and there for giveaways. We really want this time to be for the people that purchased the tickets, so giveaways of VIP tickets will be very limited! There are 10 VIP tickets available at the time of posting!
