I haven't picked up my camera in a while. I've been focused on other things.

Enjoying my children. Enjoying my life.
Today, I had an anxiety attack. I have had many of them over the years. Normally, I would only have two in the space of one year. But from June 2020 through February 2022, I had so many anxiety attacks that I eventually became dependent upon anxiety medicine to function.
Today I did not take those anxiety meds. Today I pay homage to my children. The toys my daughter left in the windowsill helped ground me.
