In 1973, Elvis achieved a historic feat as the first solo artist to broadcast a live concert worldwide through satellite with “Aloha from Hawaii via Satellite.” His performance at the Honolulu International Center was transmitted to over 40 countries and reportedly drew over one billion viewers.
