Now more than ever with everyone focused on change, streamlining processes, working smarter, minimizing risk, it is highly encouraged to address these speaking points with proposal submissions. They are hearing it so often in meetings, emails, etc. that it will not only give you an edge (a differentiator), it will create mental triggers as they read your proposal that you speak their language and will help their agency's goals.
