When I reflect on my growth over the past year, I am proud of how much I have pushed myself and where I am now.

I have left a company that was not a good fit, co-founded a company working to make affordable diagnostics, and starting selling handmade cardz. I have tried to incorporate more physical activity and self awareness into my daily routine to be the best version of myself.

There were many situations that caused discomfort and an immense amount of growth, that I was not even aware of at the time. But I am so so thankful to have persevered!

Most of us are very critical of ourselves and do not celebrate or even acknowledge our achievements. What has growth looked like in your life this past year?

It’s pumpkin time 🎃... and to be honest, I almost forgot!

Halloween was great as a child. Mostly because it meant staying up late with friends and eating copious amounts of candy for weeks to follow. But I must say, I much prefer Christmas time now.

I guess that explains why I didn’t even think about Halloween. I’m already excited for Christmas! Who’s with me?!
