Highlights from day 4 of serving in the villages

Today we were able to visit 4 villages - Yaw Tenkorang, Atta Ne Atta, Atarekan, and Brifa-Nyimso!

We distributed donations and special treats, played sports, did health checks, toured the villages, and shared the love of Jesus to these communities

Highlights from Day 3 of serving in the villages

- Half our team stayed in Yaw Tenkorang to work in the medical center, teach VBS songs to the classes, and distribute donations and supplies

- The rest of our team headed to Atta Ne Atta to continue painting in the classrooms

- Our volunteers took portrait photos of each student to make a photo album to gift back to the students on our next trip!

- Some of our volunteers played musical chairs and held a big dance party with all the children and teachers

Highlight of Day 2 serving in the villages!

- Our Medical Professionals continued to serve in The Life Care Center in Yaw Tenkorang and were able to see over 25 patients in need of care!

- We continued to paint the school buildings in Atta Ne Atta and began to add educational paintings and the alphabet to the classrooms

- A trip volunteer gave the children in the villages fresh new haircuts

- We began distributing some special treats, clothing, + shoe donations

- Finished the serving day with a time of worship singing “Goodness of God” with our team and the children in Atta Ne Atta

Here are some highlights from our first serving day in the villages!

- We dropped off our Medical Professionals and supplies to the The Life Care Center in Yaw Tenkorang. Supplies were organized, health checks were given, and our team assessed what other supplies will be needed in the medical center!

- Our Team in Atta Ne Atta taught the children of the village VBS songs, began to assemble fans for the rooms in the Teachers Quarters, and painted the school and classrooms with a fresh coat of paint!

- The children were gifted jump ropes and got to have a dance party with a few of our volunteers

This is just the beginning to many more awesome days with our friends from the villages🇬🇭🤍

What a joy it is to be in Ghana and to love on these beautiful Villages! Our January team is just getting started💪🙌

This past February our volunteers had a dance party with the children of Atta Ne Atta. What a joy it was to see their smiles, hear their giggles, watch them learn some new moves, and to share this memory!

One of our focuses as an organization is on Healthcare!

The Life Care Center was built and is funded through Adopt
One Village donations.

Today, the center is a part of the National Health Service and is an approved site for the surrounding communities to receive care!
