Slept on this song for many years! Reheard it in & thanks to Mr. Jackson I’ve got a feeling I’ll be humming it for many days!!! Oh yeah

Here’s a Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova song from the movie Once called Falling Slowly. If you guys haven’t watched the movie, go check it out. Love the improvised jamming scene. He tells Marketa the chords, and when she starts playing it sounds amazing. The chorus where their voices switch roles between harmony and lead is also beautiful ❤️ Hope to see them live someday ́talrglová

Doing this new series called ‘Things I learned from..’ where I share some of my influences and what I learned from them. I’ll also be playing a short snippet of music at the end. In the first episode, it’s the Prog Prince himself Mr. Steven J. Wilson.

Please share with your friends who are into Stevie Dubs (as I call him sometimes). Also I’d love if you shared something you learned from Steven Wilson too :)

Until tomo 👋

Recorded this a while ago, but didn’t post but it felt rushed/complicated. Never mind here it is warts and all.. If you’re a guitarist and looking to learn chords on keyboards, this might get you started. Would love your feedback and will consider making more lessons if you think it’s useful :)

Wish everyone a happy Diwali 🪔

Free as a bird is one of my favourite Beatles tunes. Inspired by a John Lennon demo, and finished by the Threetles it’s a perfect showcasing of the evolution of the Beatles sound through the ages. I also love the music video :)

Sellotape you.. help me stick stuff
Sellotape you.. are real tough
Sellotape my.. life’s in pieces
Sellotape I…. jesus

Where do you start
Where do you end
I never find you,
I only pretend that…

Finally submitted my playing of Behag Thilana composed by the legendary violinist Dr. L. Subramaniam for the Raga Harmony workshop. Can’t wait to see the magic he creates by arranging it with other indian instruments and strings 😍🎸

Huge thanks to my guitar teacher Shylu for helping me get the parts down and Vidhi for helping with the video 😍.vp

Hey everyone, X&Y is a pretty solid Coldplay album. Here is White Shadows, which is one of my favorite songs from there :)

Lyrics:

When I was a young boy, I tried to listen
And I wanna feel like that
Little white shadows, blink and miss them
Part of a system, I am
If you ever feel like something's missing
Things you'll never understand
Little white shadows sparkle and glisten
Part of a system, a plan
All this noise, I'm wakin' up
All this space, I'm takin' up
All this sound is breakin' up
Maybe you'll get what you wanted
Maybe you'll stumble upon it
Everything you ever wanted
In a permanent state
Maybe you'll know when you see it
Maybe if you say it, you'll mean it
And when you find it, you'll keep it
In a permanent state
A permanent state

About 2 years ago, I signed up for a Bollywood Raaga lab from . I had the opportunity to collaborate with 4 amazing musicians musicians , Bharathi (not on Instagram) & 😍Together we composed a medley of Bollywood songs with a twist.

It was an amazing learning experience for me.
