Find out more about the April Acts of Remembrance on our dedicated webpage here https://nationalhcaw.uk/april-acts-of-remembrance.
Every year we gather with local people in Brixton, Brick Lane and Soho - feel welcome to join us.
As we gather in Soho to mark the 25th anniversary of the Admiral Duncan Nail Bomb attack - to remember those we lost, to stand in solidarity with those who need our ongoing support, and to educate future generations so we can work together to prevent these attacks from happening again.
We need your support - to raise funds to keep the April Acts of Remembrance in Brixton, Brick Lane and Soho going, and to produce anti-hate crime resources to tackle rising levels of hate crime across the UK.
Whatever you give - money, sharing our posts, words of support and encouragement - we appreciate your support.
Love is stronger than hate and the greatest deterrent against those who would seek to attack and divide our communities - is the knowledge that those attacks only serve to unite us and make us stronger, and more determined than before to campaign for a country where everyone can live in peace and harmony together.
There should be no place for hate in the UK.

We are over halfway through National Hate Crime Awareness Week, and there is not a single tweet of support from Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
Such a contrast to previous Prime Ministers.

We need leaders who are outspoken about tackling all forms of hate crime.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is the first to decline to add his support to the national week that aims to unite the country against all forms of hate crime.
