8 weeks work for this lovely lady who ended 2022 on a high 🥂
We achieved this mostly through online coaching focusing on improving her nutrition and lifestyle as well as home workouts and some classes she enjoyed to get some incredible results in time for a holiday and big celebration.

As the year comes to an end I’ve got a bunch of ladies who have definitely levelled up this year! Starting with Jodie 🤩
She initially came to me with the goal of loosing some body fat, particularly around her midsection, she wanted to have a more toned look and improve her fitness and strength.
She worked hard whilst enjoying a balanced lifestyle, learned how fat loss works for her and now looks incredible.
I’ve trained with her in the gym a couple of times now and she is beginning a whole new chapter in health and fitness journey….she is a machine! Super determined, super strong and has unreal potential.

Online client results.
This has definitely been a lifestyle change. This client had come to me after being confused with sliming clubs and mixed information surrounding dieting and weight loss for years which had resulted in a negative relationship with food and the feeling of being a bit stuck.
As a busy mum she wanted to become happy and healthy and be a good role model to those around her.
We initially chipped away at a fat loss phase, slowly improving her mindset towards food whilst improving her habits and teaching her what to expect from her body around the menstrual cycle. We then progressed from a home plan to a gym plan. Throughout her time with me she has enjoyed events and hasn’t been overly restrictive. .
She has learned that hard work gets results and I’m confident she now has all the tools to continue living a normal lifestyle on her own 💕

Consistency = Progress
This online client was at her wits end when she came on board. She was a new mum and felt she had lost her way a bit….low confidence, hiding her figure behind baggy clothes and had tried every diet going but had failed to stick to anything for much longer than a few weeks.
Sitting at a size 16 she wanted to feel better, and get into her size 12 jeans (with bonus points for size 10)
We tailored her habits to suit her lifestyle and did all of her workouts from home where she decided to invest in some good equipment to keep her pushing on.
Not every week was perfect, she had holidays, she had family events, she had doubts, set backs and dips in motivation… like we all do
But what made this the turning point for her this time was the accountability and support she had. A plan tailored to suit HER current lifestyle and a coach who believed In her.
THIS DID NOT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT
This was 9 months of consistency and coaching
Staying accountable
Checking in and learning to adapt as we progressed

“DO IT FOR YOURSELF!’
When I first started lifting I was like most of us…..influenced by unrealistic physiques that I seen day in day out on the gram. I wondered what it wold take to get a flat stomach, tone up but I learned VERY quickly that was not the right reason to begin on a fitness venture! Social media is false and most ‘influencers’ are flexed in their photos and catching the good angle.
So I started to set my own goals outwit the way I looked and started aiming for how i wanted to FEEL.
Strong
Confident
In control of my health
I wanted to wear whatever I wanted without fear of being uncomfortable or feeling ‘overweight’
Once I shifted my mindset the changes soon happened (along with multiple moments of self doubt but we got there)
This is why I put such a big emphasis on goals and why girls who sign up with me want to achieve these things
YOU WILL NEVER LOOK LIKE THOSE GIRLS ON INSTA.

A common goal I see from clients wanting to sign up to my program is that they want to tone their legs, grow their glutes and have abs to die for.
But what most people fail to understand is that changes like these don’t happen overnight. They take months and months of commitment to the long game. Every body is different and there isn’t a one size fits all when it comes to ‘body goals’.
There are certain factors we need to take into consideration for every person, such as your

When this client came to me it was obvious she was here to work. We set out a plan which she could fit around her current job and other commitments and we’ve slowly been developing things both inside and outside of the gym since. A Saturday morning bootcamp in the rain doesn’t sound like much fun when you say it out loud. But what a start to the day! I’m literally loving helping these girls along on their health and fitness journeys! It’s fun and a laugh but it’s amazing to see them pushing themselves as the months go on! What a buzz! Thank you for being a part of this strong girl community. I appreciate every single one of you! 💕

Imagine feeling tight and uncomfortable In Your work clothes, not wearing them for a year and then looking like this!!
A whole year of dedication and commitment into her health and this superwoman is looking and feeling amazing. She’s now almost squatting her bodyweight and is a lean queen! She also works at a desk, from home, and still manages to beat my step count every day 😝 all the little habits add up to big results!
I know how hard she has worked and she has proven to be a real inspiration to the hustle clients over the last few months.

Since day 1 she has completely blossomed in terms of her confidence, mindset and her fitness abilities. She’s a busy mum who works shifts and is loving her new way of life. So much so she is now enjoying exercise and no longer sees it as a chore.
When she joined the team her main goals were to:
