Just a reminder that we are on Spring Break this week - I’ve instructed our teachers not to work! Teachers will begin sending out online lessons next Wednesday. In the meantime, encourage reading. Last Day to Donate!

Lake Highland Junior High has kicked off American Heart Challenge (formerly Hoops for Heart) to raise funds to fight heart disease and stroke! We set a goal to raise $2020 in 2020. We have multiple people on our campus who have personally been affected by heart issues and hold this cause near and dear to our heart. Above you can see where Miss. Stearns shared her story about her daughter Corrine who was born late last year with a heart defect. Please help our school reach goal so we can help save lives just like baby Corrine.

Any student that raises $25.00 or more will get to attend an ice cream party during school time.

Meet the Teacher tomorrow night!
6:00 PTA Mtg in the auditorium followed by visits to all classrooms. You will follow your child’s schedule beginning at 6:30. See you then!

Students will be able to walk the building to see where their classrooms are during the two hour blocks. The 5-6 time slot is just to pick up schedule and show proof of residency- no building tours. Have a great rest of your summer and see you soon!
