We had many requests and we’re excited that our Apple Cider Mini Bundt Cakes are back and will be on sale tomorrow! We also have a few new cookies we are excited for you all to try and a new Fresh Cranberry and Vanilla Bean Scone 😋 Plus more! Come join us! 🌾🍪🧁

This weeks artisan sourdough whole-grain bread highlights freshly milled organic California grown Yecora Rojo grain - see if you taste the buttery, rich and a bit nutty flavors! This crusty rustic loaf of bread is made with natural fermentation (wild yeast starter), artisan whole grain flour and organic super grains: white & red quinoa, millet, buckwheat, sunflower and flax seeds.

We’re also warming up for holiday baking! Freshly baked apple hand pies, spiced apple coffee cake, chocolate babka, maple pecan scones and lots more freshly baked cookies and goodies.

Bread baking is ever an ongoing project, and after experimenting a few weeks with a new home mill, we’re excited to start incorporating freshly milled flour into our breads and pastries.  This truly complete whole-grain flour is chock-full of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and oils, and gives unique flavors and textures to the bread.  We’re very exited to offer baked goods with a deeper connection to the main ingredient, flour, and to be more deeply involved in the bread-making process and the grain chain.       

This week we’re baking sourdough country loaf with freshly milled whole wheat flour, as well as a soft gooey  cinnamon roll with fresh whole wheat flour.  

And this week’s double chocolate cookies have only freshly milled organic rye flour from a lovely deep nutty rye grain!
