This existing residence, originally dark and cold, underwent a transformative renovation. Bedrooms were relocated to the southern end, freeing up space for an open living and kitchen area flooded with natural light from north-facing windows. Half of the outdoor pergola became a sunken living and outdoor space, blending shelter and nature. A luxurious parents' retreat was added, complete with an ensuite and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
