Our empanada boss was back in the hospital last Friday for another procedure but things are getting better. We will be back as soon as we can ;) We miss you more than you miss us!
We won't be trading in the April Market as our empanada cook is recovering from a recent surgery. We will see you again soon

Hello PAMA SpringFest Friends, its SpringFest 2023 weekend! We would like you to be able to travel hassle free to experience SpringFest 2023 tomorrow Sunday (10 September 2023).
Here is a brief guide on how to Get to the Event either by train or car. Take note that the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) carparking is free for Festival goers.
Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend the best time to come over to check out the event - as everything in the program is fantastic! So plan to spend the day the whole day with us at SpringFest 2023!
Bring your picnic mats, your picnic chair, blankets, your hats, sunscreen, meet new friends and have a great time.

We will be away on the 1st week of Sept so we will miss you in Robelle Domain but we'll be back SOON with your empanada!

NATIONAL EMPANADA DAY - April 8 April 8th recognizes the food holiday, National Empanada Day. A cookbook published in 1520 in Catalan, the Libre del Coch by Ruperto de Nola, mentions empanadas filled with seafood.

By now, the market stall holders in Springfield Markets in Robelle Domain have packed up and left. It's the last market in this park for 2022 and despite the forecasted rains, this day turned out to be a beatiful clear one! With 3 people in our home testing positive for Covid (2 are my elderly parents), we had no choice but to cancel trading for today as we need to look after family first. It has been a wonderful year in this market where people (organizers, stallholders and their crew, and friends and families who visit the park) and their fur babies are friendly and warm. Empanada at Tostada wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a healthy new year!
