F.A.I.L—First Attempt In Learning. How has failure become such a negative thing? I tried to run a marathon last year, did the training, ran the runs, got the Flu right before the race, didn’t run. I don’t see that failure as a bad thing, because I didn’t stop running. Now I am trying marathon training 2.0 with a whole year of running under my belt since my first attempt. With and their marathon training program, I am 1 week in and hitting paces I could only have dreamed about this time last year. So I don’t take my failure last year as a negative, but a jumping off point for a new launch! What have you failed in—maybe take another stab at it.😉🏃‍♀️☘️ thanks for your coaching this week!

So it has been far too long! Sharing a fun recent adventure! Got to do an in studio run with and (serious bucket list!). Getting ready to start a new running adventure, and planning to bring y’all with me! After a career change and settling into life with 4 kids, ready to transition some focus back here. What does your Friday night look like? I recently took a new job, which has me traveling for work—an entirely new concept for my family and myself. How do you survive change? I do face masks in hotels and try to stay brands so I can use the that they have in all Hilton hotels! Happy St. Paddy’s Day

Sometimes self-care is the most important think you can do for yourself. Had the most wonderful experience today at a new salon. Find your happy place and make time for you💕

It’s been a while, but making a come back!

Sometimes you need to call an audible…stomach bug was threatening a family ski weekend…instead of a whole weekend, we made it a night and day. Be flexible, makes it more enjoyable!☘️
