Welcome to my first 2023 show…Calista is my youngest hostess and I’m hoping that we can show her how supportive we can be to each other. Calista is a senior and holds down a job as well. After she graduates she is planning on moving out on her own as she starts her college experience. She is a baker and cook like her mom, so equipping her kitchen is a must. She has been accumulating items for the last year, and I encouraged her to host a party.

My new favorite item in Pampered Chef. My first host ordered these and invited me over for dinner. I was impressed on how classy they looked with the lids attached to the side as everyone was able to dish up their serving then cover the bowl to keep it warm for seconds.

For we need S'more Cake! 🍫 Oh, and it's ready in 10 minutes! 🤯
INGREDIENTS
3 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 oz./43 g each), broken into squares
1⅔ cups (400 mL) devil’s food cake mix from a full pkg or a 9 oz. (275 g) pkg
1 egg
8 oz. (250 mL) sour cream
10 oz. (300 g) regular-size marshmallows or 4 cups (1 L) mini marshmallows
3 whole graham crackers, coarsely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Place the oven rack in middle of the oven and preheat broiler.
- Microwave the chocolate in the 2-cup (500-mL) Silicone Prep Bowl on HIGH for 30–60 seconds, or until it’s mostly melted. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Combine cake mix, egg, and sour cream in the medium Glass Mixing Bowl and mix using the Small Mix ‘N Scraper® until blended. Pour the batter into the Rockcrok® Everyday Pan.
- Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 4–5 minutes or until the center of cake is firm and springs back when pressed.
- Remove the pan from microwave; arrange marshmallows in an even layer over cake. Broil for 30–60 seconds, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from broiler; sprinkle with crackers and drizzle with chocolate.
