Appleby Creamery Hootenanny.
Named after a favourite tune of Maurice's from when he played in Appleby Town Band (although suggested by Maurices wife Sandra, we know who wears the trousers! 😝). Also, nanny is reference to a female goat which is what it is made with, pasteurised goats' milk.
Hootenanny is a semi-hard cheese, it is pure white in colour with a rich creamy texture and a fresh, delicate flavour.
