Christmas baked goods! Cranberry Orange Bread, Gingerbread Fudge, Peppermint cake with white chocolate ganache and my popular Apple Cider Cakes with Fireball whisky glaze! All tested, all delicious and ready for preorder (local pick up and delivery only though)

A very successful Thanksgiving baking season over here. Whipped up 15 large and 10 small pumpkin loaves, 40 apple cider Bundt cakes and 3 pounds of maple bacon fudge! It was a lot of work but a lot of fun! Looking forward to the Christmas rush!

Thanksgiving baking apocalypse has begun! Maple bacon fudge, apple cider cakes with glaze and pumpkin bread with cream cheese swirl and rum raisins! Lot of orders to fulfill but making it happen!

I was experimenting for Christmas baked goods and had some leftover stuff. I won't say what I had just yet but needless to say they combined in the end to make peppermint mocha "rum" balls. Great way to use up some leftover experimentation!

Getting a little prep in before experimenting tomorrow!

I'll be experimenting with my 3 Christmas recipes this weekend. One is fairly straight forward but the others are some interesting twists on tried and true dessert ideas. Stay tuned to see what they might be!

Hey Everyone, so I am setting up a business page to seem half way professional! This is a place I will be advertising my baked goods for sale! Currently I have 3 items going:
1) Pumpkin bread with cream cheese swirls and rum soaked raisins
2) Apple Cider Bundt cakes with Fireball Whisky Glaze

I am rapidly approaching a point where I don;t think I can accept anymore orders headed into Turkey Day but stay tuned for some cool Christmas treats!
