I’ve been doing this Healthy Living program for 2 weeks now. I haven’t had fast food, eating healthy, exercising regularly, and DRINKING WATER πŸ’§. Most people know when I commit to something I commit all the way. Today I decided to get my exercise walking outside. While it’s not as hot or as pretty as my walks in Florida, it’s exercise nonetheless 😊 and I’m down a few pounds and inches and that wasn’t even my goal πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
