Cardio day is rough. There are two parts to it. Cardio core and cardio flow. Both killer in their own ways

My mom decided she wanted a real Christmas tree this year. It was such a fun experience and a first for the kids.

24/11/2022

Had our first Thanksgiving last night and then drove out to my moms for Thanksgiving number two.
Got in at midnight and I was sick most of the night but still gotta get my workout in now that I’m doing better. Feels so good to get it in!

When you’re health shake is so good, little princess downs hers and literally licks the cup clean. 😏
She’s one of the pickiest eaters!

2022 Halloween! Amelia was a little too good as her character.

Stop trying to be perfect for everyone else. We find so many faults in ourselves we forget our own value. I always tell people when they criticize themselves, “we’re our own worst critics”.

A lot of people don’t even notice the flaw that you may think is HUGE.
To this day, I still question whether I want to post my workout videos. But if I can brighten or influence ONE person, that’s all I care about.

Keep trying and just be yourself. If you want to better yourself, do it for you and no one else!

Yesterday while I was at Lowe’s the guy helping me asked if I was a runner… I laughed and said, “no I can barely make it up the stairs without getting winded some of the time. But I do work out a lot.”

We eventually got into a big discussion of how people just don’t try once they hit a certain point in their lives because they’re either too old, too busy or out of shape.
He’s a much older guy than I am but he still goes running 4 to 5 miles every day (trusting what he’s saying).
We both have shoulder problems and kidney issues. But we both push through safely to stay healthy and strong.
The second we stop and get out of routine is when everything goes downhill.

04/07/2022

I was finally able to wake up earlier than I usually do lately. One step closer to getting back to my normal routine.

Todays workout was killer. I was dripping with sweat and my legs were shaking like crazy.

03/07/2022

It’s been stormy most of the time I’ve been out visiting my mom. I’m thankful for it until it wakes my kids in the night.
But I got to see this tonight when I got home from the store.

I want to do this so bad but know I’d have to fix their fear of monsters. Probably not worth the laugh… maybe 🧐

30/06/2022

Kids are so weird. WHY?!

I’m cutting up an apple and my son comes up to me saying, “I made a boobie”, then proceeds to place it on my chest 😒🙄🤦‍♀️

30/06/2022

I love how much I’ve tone up since I started my program.

It’s definitely hard to get back in the swing of things when you’re used to not working out and not even starting back up in your own home.

Yeah, I could’ve waited until I got home, but that’s two weeks wasted. I have no reason to not workout right now. I’m not one to wait until a new month, a new year or whatever.

I will start in the beginning, middle or end of a month because it’s stupid to wait when you can start getting results sooner compared to if you waited.

29/06/2022

Running on 2 1/2 hours of sleep thanks to insomnia and my kids waking up before 6. It was a rough start for me this morning, but I’d rather be crazy tired than nauseous!

I’m glad I got my workout in…now that it’s done. But I did sit and stare at my feet for a good 5 minutes before finally giving in and working out lol.

28/06/2022

Haha yeah, this is kind of me (especially with the kdramas). The breaks in-between at least give me a reason to take a p*e break or eat something. 🤷‍♀️

28/06/2022

Today has been one of those days where you wonder if it’s bedtime yet.

My kids have been having a war with each other while I’m struggling through some post surgery side effects and nausea on top of that.

I wondered if I was going to be able to get my workout today in today.

I’m so thankful that my will to be healthy is stronger than all the negativity in my day trying to hold me back.

Keep pushing past your struggles. It’s worth it in the end.

25/06/2022

As an adult we become better and better at hiding how we really feel. Most of the time, for me, it’s to push myself and show my kids, we as humans can do most things if we want it bad enough.

I struggled with my workout today. But my kids only saw me sweating, pushing myself and completing something important to me.

On the inside, I’m screaming, crying, wanting to throw up and give up all from the pain and side effects from my surgery. But I push through so I can get back to my normal life.

23/06/2022

I’ve been asked why I film my workouts, and if I feel stupid filming them…

No! I’d feel stupid if I’m not doing the moves correctly. Recording my workouts helps me see how my form is and what I need to improve.
Another benefit is for those that need the extra motivation. We’re all being watched. I want people to see positive things and hopefully feel inspired to start their own health journey.

I’m so excited I made it to week 13 - performance week. We push our hardest, push past our comfort and see how much stronger we are! This program has helped me so much! I can’t wait to do it again.

So, I've never really been into Personal Development. I always thought it was for people with psychological issues. I would look at those type of books and think of how sad you would have to be to read those kinds of books.
I have ALWAYS loved reading! I get made fun of by my family and friends because I can barely remember the day before but I can keep all the books I'm reading straight and know details about each book. I usually read about 20 at one time since I'm always craving different styles and genres.
When I started coaching with Beachbody, one of the daily things that needed to be done was read at least 15-30 minutes of personal development. I seriously rolled my eyes at that and didn't really want to. But I was intrigued by the list of books they suggested. I am now reading 4 different PD books in my rotation because I cannot get enough. They have helped me get out of my shell and start believing in myself. I have started to learn not to care if people think I'm weird or whatever their thoughts are. I've learned how to run my business properly from those that have succeeded in their life with their own businesses.
Don't judge a book by its cover for sure. You never know what's inside. I'm glad I didn't judge Beachbody by what I heard from others thoughts on it (when they had NO experience with it). It's nothing like what people thought it would be like. This company WANTS you to keep going and achieving success. I am so so happy that it is nothing like a pyramid scheme like my other two misadventures.
If you're ready to start taking control of your life, your hours and your financial freedom, then we need to chat!!! If you're ready for people that believe in you and help guide you to succeed without any tricks up their sleeve, I'm the girl to talk to!

Flashback Friday

Flashback to when I was extremely unhealthy. To when I was depressed and had anxiety attacks almost daily. To when I was borderline anorexic. I had so many problems at the time of this first picture. I never thought I was going to meet someone that loved me for who I was. I was at the gym for 3-4 hours every night. I would walk around how to use a machine and what to work. I had no clue what I was doing. Eventually, if I didn't have a friend to go to the gym with me, I just wouldn't go.

Next is when I finally found and married the love of my life. My health still was sucky. I did eat, yes, but I was CONSTANTLY sick. I had no idea what was going on. I was always nauseous, tired and never wanted to do anything. Jeff and I would go to the gym off and on but mostly waisted our money on the membership. When we realized we just weren't going to make the time to go, we tried to cancel at the end of the contract and they make that as difficult as possible.

The next picture is when I decided to join Beachbody and go ALL IN. This was a year after Amelia was born. I was scared as hell. I didn't know if I could do it. I didn't want to do it by myself but I just wanted a change. I was so self-conscious. I never wanted to post but did anyways. I was so uncomfortable posting in a tank.

This is now! Stronger than ever. Eating the correct amount of food my body needs. Working out in the morning instead of night, (which was a big thing for me). I'm healthy and actually feel good. I have the BEST support system and don't ever feel alone. I absolutely love that I don't have to find a babysitter and leave my house to go to the gym. I have a billion different workouts to choose from and trainers that show you what to do.

If you're ready for a change in your life, we need to chat girlfriend!! This isn't just another company that is trying to sell crap to you. This is a lifestyle change. We are a virtual gym at a fraction of the cost of a regular gym. You get so many extras that you don't get with a gym. Message or comment now to jumpstart your health
We’re starting a new challenge group on the 4th of Jan. with our newest program or one of your choice. Who’s in?!

Why Wednesday!
People ask me why I do "it", how I do "it". Easy! My family. My kids. ME (confidence, feeling good and healthy, leaving my comfort zone, keeping up with my kids!)
"How do you get up so early in the morning, I could never do that." Well, It's not super easy to get my workout done with my kids up, but it also helps me make sure I get it done. Nothing is going to get in the way.

I used to say the same thing about early mornings. I love my sleep. I would only workout in the evenings. But they wouldn't happen sometimes because stuff would get in the way, I would be too tired or full from dinner, etc.

I do it so I can be a good example to my kids. So they know how to be healthy as they grow up. My kids always ask me if I did my workout and make sure I do it! It shows them how to be committed and consistent. They get to see me working hard and keep going.

I coach so I can help my family afford things. To be out of debt. To take pressure off of my husband. To be home with my kids and watch them grow. I get Financial FREEDOM Finally!! But I also get to help people achieve their goals and feel better! Being healthy comes in all shapes and sizes. There is no perfect shape.

Do it for your family, yourself and to help other people. Be inspiring to others! That's what I'm here for, so why not start. You Will Never Be "Ready"! Just START! Drop me a comment or message me for more info.

I love being able to challenge myself everyday with something new. I push myself out of my comfort zone.

When I’m watching the trainer demonstrate the move, in my mind I most of the time think, there’s no way I can do that. But the. I remember that I can’t quit on myself. I have to show my kids that hard things can be done. I at least have to try it.

Every time I was always wrong when I said I couldn’t. It’s just a matter of having that little bit of faith in yourself that you can do it, you can make time for it you can at least try.

I always said I’d NEVER workout in the morning. Here I am, waking up at 4:45 ready to kick my workouts butt and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I cannot even come close to explaining the feeling(s) I get when I complete a program. It’s so many different emotions. Joy, sadness, excited and so many more. It’s exciting to be able to move to another program and exciting to have accomplished something.

I used to LOVE going to the gym. BUT, I have never gotten this type of satisfaction from going to the gym. I’ve never gotten the results I do now.

Things never came easy for me, I always had a hard time doing things because they were always to hard. I have a completely different mindset ever since I started these workouts two years ago and it’s amazing.

Get a start on your health, the workouts I do are 20-30 minutes. You’re in and out so fast and can move on with the rest of your day. Even when I did a program that was just under an hour it felt like it was only 30 minutes long. I love it

If you’re ready to make a change in your life and get started, we need to chat! There’s no reason you can’t start now. You don’t have to wait until the new year. I didn’t. I signed up Nov. 29th and started the day after my stuff came and haven’t stopped since!!

26/11/2020

TWO!
The number of years since I signed up for Beachbody and never turned back.

The number of days I have left before I finish the program.

I’ve had a difficult couple of weeks. For about 12 weeks I’ve been dealing with peri-oral dermatitis. I didn’t know what it was until about a week ago.

I am now on my fourth medication and this one is working. This medication makes me super sick but its working. Throughout these 12 weeks I’ve suffered from depression, anxiety, tripophobia, and self confidence issues. I became a different person the last couple of weeks.

But one thing that I stayed consistent with was my workouts. I have been struggling so much but I never thought about skipping my workout. My workouts have helped me throughout these two years I’m so many ways.

When I first signed up, it took me one- two weeks to actually get into the rhythm of things. It’s not easy starting at the beginning. I’ve done it one to many times. Now I don’t have a hard time getting the work done my body so desperately needs.

Stop starting over. We all have things going on. Make time for your body. Message me and I can help you find the right program for you. It took two tries before I found the program to keep me in track and never stop.

There will never be a perfect time to begin a new routine. Just do it and work your way through it. Let’s get you going now!

Healthy food doesn’t have to taste bad!! Eating healthy does t have to be a chore.
I don’t and won’t ever diet. What I do is portion control. Which every one should be doing in the first place. Over eating leads to obesity.
I used to over eat all the time. Ask my husband.
Once I started portion controlling and eating healthy food I felt better. I quit feeling sick ALL THE TIME. My body got used to the healthy food and it now comes easier for me to eat healthy.

Today I made Fixate cinnamon roll muffins and they were simple and delicious. My kids loved them and they weren’t full of crap.

If you’re wanting to change your eating habits, we need to chat. I can help you out.

**Work out, eat well, be patient, and you will see results. This is Heather, who lost 184 lbs. in 21 months while drinking Shakeology and working out with multiple Beachbody programs.
**Here is what Heather has to say about drinking Shakeology, “it feels like I’m drinking dessert, like a milkshake or fruit smoothie. I also love that there are so many different recipes for Shakeology and ways to change up the flavor.”
