So unbelievably proud of this girl & all that she has achieved so far!
Since training with me she has lost 9kg & 33cm off her entire body - but all up she is down a massive 20kg 💪🏼
However, the biggest change that I have seen is her confidence! Love being on this journey with you ❣️
Just your reminder to stop comparing yourself to others - everyone’s journey is different!
This was super confronting to look back on - but today marks exactly 2 years since I started getting back into my training! I was alway super sporty when I was younger - but quickly slipped into uni lifestyle and found myself the biggest I have ever been in my life! My life was a viscous cycle of comparing myself to other girls around me, going through a short ‘fitness stage’ where I’d lose a couple of kilos and quickly fall back into old habits, then feel terrible about myself for failing. Two years ago I seen a photo of myself and realised that something needed to change!
These transformation pictures prove that a little progress each day adds up to big results! I am now consistent with my training, I have a good relationship food - I don’t restrict myself whatsoever & you’ll rarely catch me doing cardio! But most importantly I have learnt to run my own race! I’m still a long way from my goals but I know if I chip away a little bit each day I’ll get there!
Here’s to being a much happier & healthy version of myself - and being your OWN motivation 💪🏼
