Fluffy dough!
Baking is delicious 😃
Ingredients:
1 Cup-kefir,
0.5 Cup-vegetable oil,
1 sachet (11 grams) of dry yeast,
1 teaspoon of salt,
1 tablespoon-sugar,
3 cups-flour
Preparation:
Mix the kefir with the oil and heat it up a little, add salt and sugar, sift the flour and mix with the yeast, pour in the kefir mixture gradually and knead the dough, cover and put it in the heat for 30 minutes. While the dough is coming up, you can prepare the filling. Cover the baking sheet with oiled paper, shape the pies, and place them on the baking sheet with the seam up. While the oven is heating up. let them stand a little (10 minutes), then grease the pies with egg.
Bake at 180-200 degrees until Golden.
From this dough, you can bake absolutely everything: pizza, pies, buns (you can add vanilla, a little more sugar and a little melted margarine to the dough). The dough always turns out. If you think that for 30 minutes it came up not very much do not worry, it should be, this dough rises when baking .Bon Appetit!!!

Margarine-200g
Sugar-1 Cup
Flour-1 Cup

Mix the egg with the sugar. Melt the margarine and mix together with the sugar and egg. Pour out the flour, add the soda and salt, and mix. The dough is very elastic. Put 1/4 of the dough in the freezer. The rest of the dough is spread evenly on the baking sheet with a thin layer of hands. The top is smeared with jam. We take that piece out of the freezer and put it on a large grater on top. Bake in the oven until Golden 15-20 minutes.
Simple pies with potatoes.

● 0.5 liters of warm kefir,
● 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
● 2 teaspoons of sugar,
● 1 teaspoon of salt,
● 3 cups flour,
● 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Divide the dough into balls, roll out or unfold with your hand on a floured surface, put the filling in the middle, pinch, and fry in a pan.

3 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1. Beat eggs with sugar. Continuing to beat, add the sour cream.
2. Add the flour, pre-mixed with baking powder, and mix until smooth.
3. Pour the dough into a greased form and bake at 180C for about 50-60 minutes (depends on the oven).
Note:
*You can add raisins or chopped dried apricots to it, but I didn't have them, so they are "pure". It's as simple as that.
