My 50th birthday finally arrived and I realised that I’ve been working on improving smiles for more than half my life.
After being bullied at school for having horribly misaligned teeth, and thanks to my parent’s support, I underwent a lengthy orthodontic treatment that transformed my confidence levels for the better. It was then that I realised I wanted to be a dentist and help others as my dentist did with me

So busy with lot of stuff but let’s go back posting!
6 months follow up after endo re- treatment. We can see already the natural bone regeneration.
Active irrigation and bio-ceramic cement, in a case with external apical resorption. Ceramic onlay with cuspal coverage instead of crown.

Excessive Gingival Display (Gummy Smile) can easily be corrected with a gum contouring microsurgery.
In this one in particular I performed a flap less laser crown lengthening and whitening after.

Complex treatment including composite bonding after re-root canal therapy and internal whitening to whiten root and eliminate the greyish area in the gum around UR1.
Notice how levelling the gums and papillas make a big difference in the final result. It takes time but it’s worth it

Which one is the ceramic veneer in this case? Yes, the lateral incisor. These days we can imitate translucency, texture, and incisal borders like on a natural tooth. And we can do extremely thin ceramic veneers with a minimal tooth preparation.
