Our foundation is very excited to sponsor the BIG Dance: Motown Sound this weekend with Dallas Black Dance-Theatre. This is going to be a night to remember. We are looking forward to dancing the night away.

Spring Fest 2024 was a huge success. Thank you to The Shops At RedBird for partnering with our foundation on such a great event. So grateful to have the Oak Cliff community to come out and participate. Looking forward to 2025!

INSPIRED 2024 was everything. Over 125 young men came together to grow, learn, and fellowship. It takes a village to build a village. Thank you to all our partners and Dallas College for investing in the next generation of leaders.

Their contributions extend beyond individual success to impact the collective well-being and progress of the entire community.

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide over 500 toys for children at both Dallas Life and Family Gateway homeless shelters! 🎁

This year's Coats & Cocktails event was an amazing time! We collected over 600 coats that will be distributed to homeless shelters and local school districts. This was our tenth year hosting this impactful event and have given over 8,000 coats during the winter season. Special thanks to our partners, The Collective for supporting this vision and cause. Our “ELEVATE Male Leadership Academy” is a strategic partnership with Maiden Foundation and the University of North Texas at Dallas to develop the next generation of designed to develop future business leaders and entrepreneurs. ELEVATE is a comprehensive, business-oriented, all-male leadership/entrepreneurship academy for a select group of high school students in southern Dallas to experience campus life, while learning leadership skills, business etiquette, entrepreneurship, and the college admission process.

As Dallas region president for Frost, Rod Washington provides leadership for the bank's Dallas region and its current expansion activities, and oversees all product, service and sales delivery activities in the region. During a 35-year financial services career, he has spent more than 15 years with Frost. He joined Frost as an executive vice president in charge of its Dallas-area real estate banking group and was named to his current position in November 2019.
