After costs, all funds raised go to support "send a witch to camp" bursary fund and the ongoing efforts of dragonrise witchcamp.

For obvious reasons, folks are curious about the start and finish times for camp. See the below for that information.

Wed, Aug 16th - 11:00 am to 12:30 pm - Arrive and Register
Sun, Aug 20th - 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm - Final Clean-up and Depart

For those arriving by train into Kidderminster Station, arrangements will be made to pick you up throughout Wednesday morning. Please let us know what times you will be arriving via email to [email protected]

Many a member of the dragon rise community is planning on attending the upcoming British Reclaiming Gathering, 10th of August to 14th of August.

While DR WitchCamp will not take place in 2022, we are very happy to announce that things are very much a go for a British Reclaiming Gathering to take place at Wild Ways August 10-14. It will be a delight to come together after so long and conspire once again!

Some updates more specifically: a gathering cook has been found and the full details about booking will be out in the next weeks!

Hey folks, We are hoping to find a time to meet as a community. We will be discussing representation for Dragon Rise WC Community to attend the upcoming BIRCH Meeting 2020 (BIRCH = Broader Intra-Reclaiming Council/Community Hub). Anyone who has attended a Dragon Rise WitchCamp is welcome to attend our community meeting.

So here we are-considering where our community is headed in this quickly changing world. There was the insight that building a stronger online community would support all aspects of our community.

To make it more fun, and most possible, this will be as participatory as can be. At first glad this may look like the OPTIONAL OFFERINGS that we make space and time for at camp. Why stop there? Keep it participatory, and the sky is the limit.

Who among us would like to share: a song, a story, a spell, and also for who has the muscle to organise? Let us know your thoughts and interest in the comments.

The current Orga Team met last week. We discussed the future of Dragon Rise WitchCamp 2021 and the possibility of online shenanigans during the interim. Hello Everyone,

I am wearing my little but very wild heart pendant today and feeling all the love that we had together at camp. I really enjoyed the f**k out of the magic that we made.

Thank you all for being so appreciative of the efforts of our teachers, our organisers, and of our community, past-present-future. I know that I felt the gratitude deeply.

There is a desire sustain the spirit of our community between our biennial camp. A lot of us feel that way. If you are called, be encouraged to dream this dream. It has potential. It just needs dreamers. It's a very open question. Our visions are growing and shifting. Chime in if you want to be a part of that.

Registration for the 2019 Witchcamp is officially closed. We've got a full house!

Dear DragonRise community,

We wanted to announce a change in our teaching team for 2019.

Rosemary has decided to step back from teaching in order to more fully pursue her activism work with Extinction Rebellion.

And taking her place is our (former) resource teacher: Lou!

Lou will continue in the work of ritual planning and camp creation and join Irisanya in the all ages path: "Remembering Our Wild Selves: Meeting the Dragon of the Land."

Blessings to Rosemary and welcome (again) to Lou!
