Learning how to apply eyeshadow can be challenging especially if you have hooded eyes. Always use matte eyeshadow for hooded eyes so that it doesn't make your eyes look more hooded. Hooded eye is when the crease of your eye doesn't show anymore. So to make your eyes look like you have a crease you put the crease color above your crease and blend it in. Remember to go upward with the darkest color in the pallet to make your eyes look more open. It's also good to put the lightest color in the inner corner.
