Breakfast muffin meal preps 😍🙌🏼 Use 1lb medium Italian sausage (already cooked in pan), 12 uncooked eggs, 1/2 cup mozerella cheese, 1/2 cup diced spinach, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper! Mix it all together and then pour into greased muffin pan! 🍳🥚 Cook on 350 for 20 mins!🌿 Wrap in foil to keep them moist & reheat in the mornings for breakfast! 🌤 .
