A Perfect start to the week! A fab first 9.30am Pilates class in Bishopston Community Centre this morning. I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed teaching you all.
Next week we will have both the 9.30am class and the 11am Pilates class starting in The New Gower Hotel which I’m very excited about. Please do get in touch if you are interested.

Outdoor Fitness Classes

We love changing up the location and what we do each session from using equipment to body weight exercises, working to everyone’s own abilities. All classes as suitable for all fitness levels. I offer modified exercises throughout the class.

My name is Carly, I am am a Mum of 2 boys, a trained ex Professional dancer with over 11 years of experience, teaching Pilates but also as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience and love helping my clients to achieve the most out of their Pilates class.

Perfect start to the day, with a travelling bootcamp, around 5km split up with lots of body weight exercises. Some really nice hill work at the pier 😅 (up and down, up and down, up and down ……… 🥵 👊🏻) fantastic effort guys!! Well done!!

It’s so important to make time for Stretching at the end of your workout, it can help boost your flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and decrease muscle tension in your body. It will also help improve your performance the next time you work out.
Great 6.30am session this morning, a nice 6.75km run with body weight exercises followed by a much needed stretch to finish!
