Self Belief
When you feel frustrated or low in self-confidence, call a person whom you trust. This is the person who will hear you and listen to your concerns. Choose someone who is an optimistic thinker and has a great attitude to life with well-intentioned feelings and a willingness to help you get out of a situation.
Take a breath, reach out, regroup and refocus.

Flip it!
Decide that for every uncomfortable situation you experience there is a way to reverse it. Nothing is permanent, not even your problems.

Introducing Sonya Murphy

Sonya began her career as the second only female apprentice compositor at the Adelaide Advertiser Newspaper. At that time the male-dominated industry was going through rapid changes with the introduction of computerised technologies.
Sonya started her small business early in her career and has provided book and magazine print design and layout to her clients for over 30 years.
In 2015, she went back to study to expand her skills in writing, editing and digital (web) design.
On completion of her BA in Professional Writing and Publishing she re-branded her former business and Adala Group and Adala Publishing were born.
She’s a writer, editor, print and web designer who works with small business owners and provides publishing services to authors.
Sonya became a life coach in 2019 and uses her coaching skills to mentor authors who wish to produce and publish their books themselves.
When Sonya’s not working you’ll find her enjoying time with her family, meditating, walking with her dogs in nature, reading or studying, spending time in a bookshop or enjoying a soy latte in a local cafe.

Introducing ERA Magazine

Sonya Murphy of Adala Group and Sue Williams of ABITZA are joining forces to create an innovative print and online resource supporting women in business.

ERA Magazine will be lightweight, sustainable, and sized to fit into your briefcase or tote bag. Combining knowledgeable articles with beautiful imagery it will be printed on top quality 100% recycled paper and designed for the reader to keep as a reference item. An index will be available online for readers to locate in which issue past articles appeared. As well as a print resource, ERA Magazine will have a comprehensive website and the magazine will also be available in digital form to online subscribers.

Recall achievements from your past and give them the appropriate value. Don't just focus on what you haven't achieved.
