How to make a scroll (without smashing the paper or needing an extra set of hands 😳).
I have these beautiful, full page recipes from a vendor (Collective Soul Wellness) that I’m adding to a swag bag for an upcoming party. Of course I don’t want to fold or crease them so a scroll it is!
🌸Tie your ribbon or twine around something that is the width you want scrolls to be. You want this object to be open ended so you can slide your ribbon/twine off easily. I used a candle.
🌸Roll your paper around another object that is slightly smaller than the original object. I used a smoothie straw. Roll it tightly.
🌸While holding your rolled paper tightly on your second object, slide your pre-tied ribbon/twine all the way to the center of the scroll.
🌸Let go of the paper around the second object and it will expand to the width of the ribbon/twine. The smaller, second object will then slide right out, leaving you with a perfectly tied scroll!
