Can’t believe we are already into November! Who else is hosting this holiday season? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Our guest room needed a lil’ touch of needlepoint and this fit the bill 💗

Took my 6 month old to vote for women’s rights 🙌 Can’t wait to tell to her when she’s older how she helped vote the first woman into office!

Hubs was lucky enough to attend the DNC this year and so I modeled this off of his VOTE sign which we totally kept. 2 more days to go. Let’s do thisssss 💙

It’s been almost 365 long days since the attack on October 7th 2023.

I’ve designed a free stitch chart for download with a yellow ribbon that has become a universal symbol for the safe return of the hostages taken from Israel on that day.

Not a single moment goes by that I don’t pray for their safe return, worry anxiously about their state of survival, and mourn the loss of those who will not be returning home to their families. 🎗️

When stitched on 18 count: 2 inches wide x 2.5 inches tall

Celebrated the second night of Passover yesterday, which is also my Nana Bernice’s yahrzeit (the anniversary of her passing).

We usually spent Passover at her home in Florida. I have cherished memories eating her killer brisket, singing Dayenu, and giggling through the sedar portion taking turns reading aloud. In a way, she will always be with us during Passover now, and if you knew her - it’s almost as if she planned it that way 😉

There are so many of us who are in the process of healing, and thinking of those who cannot be with us today to celebrate. 🫂

Our ‘Prayer for Healing’ hamsa features a portion of the Mi Shebeirach, which is the Jewish prayer for healing. The canvas is on 18 count and the design measures 4.5 x 6.
