On my last visit to beerland, I spent my first night in town exploring Bamberg. The Czech girl sitting next to me at the bar was shocked to see "Hollywood" coming all the way to this little town to make a film about beer. She of course, threw down the hammer, claiming the better beer was in
Czechoslovakia, and invited me there. I haven't made it there yet, but this time, I landed in Nuremberg... let's see what happens tonight! First call to order, trad food...

Remember the pop-up books we had as children, where little dioramas sprang from each spread of pages… this is that, but on my headboard.

In one take, I’ve accidentally mashed up 4 continents, 6 countries and a WILD collection of experiences. From the Buffalo Chip to Bierwoche, from Morocco on Motorcycles, Islay to Uyuni… I wonder what will find its way up there next!

On this tour around Ireland, we’re packing a new tech toy… a first around here. A camera with a round lens, two of them actually. Its the Insta360 X3, shooting 5.7k video, and both distorting and contorting the world around us for someone’s pleasure. Just not sure for whom yet.

Spirits travel isn’t exactly an action sport. In Ireland however, the potential for “distorted action” is all around us!

Call it cliché, but when in Ireland, one must have a Guinness or two, or twelve… its the law.

After that, its game on for two weeks of exploring the whisky with an “e” in it. Beginning in Di**le, we’ll travel east along the southern coast, arcing around to Belfast and back again to Dublin before tapping out.

To those we meet and have met along the way, Slàinte Mhath!

We have collaborated with our friends at again. This time to bring you our first ever retail bottling.
It’s part of a very cool experiment: a batting of five casks all from the same distillery… but four are unpeated and one is peated. And it’s fantastic.

Back to where it all began for me, … the Lancaster Dispensing Company… and the beer that got the wheels rolling… memories!!

As if magic, like lightening, cannot strike twice... we're about to find out of we can go for trice! We've got two more screenings tonight at … come on down!.. And stay for the Q&A that follows. We'll be showing off all of our Lancaster memories, as well as those from Islay! And tasting kits to boot!

If there was a more special day to be had, you would have to point it out to us… as today marks a few of our favorite things all wrapped together in one!
So, we started with a journey to New Jersey, for a scotch whisky tasting to celebrate AND !!! Slàinte Mhath!  Then we finished it off with some Crème brûlée to honor another holiday, !
Tomorrow, we'll be headed back to Pennsylvania to screen the film in Lancaster tomorrow and Friday at … its holiday week here on Instagram!!
