I am so happy to share with you my new Certification as Yoga Teacher. I have just finished my 200 h in Amorgos,
it's been a month full of challenges, hard work and sacrifice..I would like to thank all teachers and .theodosis who encourage and motivate me to learn different aspects of yoga, like yogic anatomy, yoga history, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and asanas. This training widens my yoga knowledge and deepens my yoga teaching methodology.

I really can't wait to share with all of you my new knowledge and vibes. 🦋🧘🙏

What does yoga teach you? 🙏
Any balancing posture requires the ability to focus, while at the same time letting go of needing to do things ‘perfectly’. Sometimes falling out of a posture often brings up feelings of ‘I’m not good enough’.
Fear is something that comes up in almost every situation, and part of our practice is overcoming unnecessary fear and choosing to move to a place of courage and love instead…
Making mistakes is where growth happens. I’ve learned how incredible it feels to take a leap of faith and create something. It may not be perfect, but it’s a whole lot more powerful than holding back. When I stopped holding on to my fear of failure, I saw a new real of possibility in my practice and my life.

So let go of fear, let go of perfectionism, and move towards the challenging asanas with love, trust, and the mantra ‘yes I can’. 🖤

The darkness can become the spiritual cradle into which our inner light and new life is born. 🔥✨💫

Winter Solstice is the great stillness before the Sun's strength builds, and days grow longer.
It can be a time to rest and reflect.
In Latin, solstice is made of two words: sol– meaning “the sun” and sistere meaning “to make stand.”
The sun standing still is a powerful metaphor for the energy available to us at the Winter Solstice to change the direction of our lives with intention and build on this energy as we enter into the new year.🖤💫🖤

What is the power of love and how does love heal? When we truly open our hearts, let go of the past, and forgive, we reset our baseline into a more harmonious, more elevated state. This in turn brings us into a state of homeostasis, and by returning to a state of homeostasis, we free ourselves from the past. And when we free ourselves from the past, we gain a new freedom to create our future.

I have read in some sources that the heart is the portal between dimensions, this helps me open my heart letting in infinite possibilities to create with.

We can try many different ways to help open our heart. Pump it full of love, joy.. Picture your heart growing larger and larger, swelling with compassion for everything in the universe. See a door in heart and in your imagination open it and see energy shine forth or flow forth from it, feel it washing over you and filling the world with healing nourishment....

The heart contains brain cells, so just as we can induce delta and theta brainwaves in cranium, we can do this in our heart as well. Raise the vibrations of the energy emitting from our heart.

In yoga camel pose is a heart-opener. The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is said to be tied to our sense of compassion, love, acceptance and forgiveness. This posture encourages us to open up in those areas of our life. To find new space, get comfortable with our emotions, and live life with an open heart.
True bliss can only occur with an open heart. 💫🖤💫

Germany imposes second semi-lockdown this year, starting on Monday, and every country across the world has some sort of restrictions in place.

The world has fundamentally changed over the past nine months and the “normal” version of reality does not exist anywhere in the world.
This is an incredibly hard time for most people but It needs to be followed by acceptance. We have to be patient and compassionate and take things one day and one week at a time.

Practicing yoga is best suited during the pandemic because it manages physical and mental issues but all above yoga boots our immune system.

Also, as with any healthy habit, practice is the key to improving our understanding of yoga and our ability to adjust our body to physical poses. 🗝️

Improving our yoga practice takes time and patience and this is gonna be the best time to do it. 🖤

Through the Yoga practice we can find the who we truly are and what is hidden inside ourself. 🖤

In truth, however, we are not the conditions we experience or things we do. We are not our jobs or the thousands of tasks that make up our jobs. We are not the sensations or emotions we feel.

Strip away the emotions, sensations and conditions and somewhere deep down inside you are still there. Strip it all away and you find out who you really are.

The techniques developed by the yogis to transcend also help us strip away the things that try to mis-define us -- the emotions, sensations, desires, achievements and failures of daily life. Through yoga we learn to develop a greater awareness of our physical and psychological states. As a result, we're in a position to better manage our reactions to the thoughts, feelings and responses we have to the various situations we deal with every day.

Yoga is union with self. Or, as Patanjali, one of the great yoga sages, said:

Yogashcittavrittinirodhah (Yoga stills the fluctuations of the mind).

Tada drashthuh svarupe' vasthanam (Then the true self appears.)

🇬🇧 I was born in Italy and I lived my young life in Liguria where I studied classical, modern and jazz dance for 12 years and I started when I was a child.

After studying yoga in 2014 I moved to the Maldives where I had my first experience as a Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor in the Gangehi Island Resort for almost one year. After this incredible period of my life where I also began exploring my spiritual journey and having my daily meditation practice, I moved to Berlin. There I learned German, I studied two years at the "Silvya Gunther Academy" for Fitness and Wellness.

At the moment I work as a physical Trainer and I give classes at several Superfit clubs in Berlin. This is a very important fitness centre in Berlin with different locations. I have many certifications as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer. My classes are always full (between 20 and 60 participants) and I provide excellent fitness motivation.

Now I am a full time Yoga, Pilates and Workout teacher.
