By doing this Komban becomes the first south Indian takeaway in the UK that uses sustainable recipes which means 90% of its ingredients are sourced, grown, and consumed locally. A move that Komban can proudly present to all customers and one of the reasons for winning a national award for its sustainable policy from LETSRECYCLE. Komban Takeaway Crediton strikes a deal with an award winning farmer for its BOER Goat meat. The first takeaway in Crediton that uses premium quality meat and comply with a bigger vision on sustainability, Carbon emission and local business support. Thanks to Westcott Farm for accepting the deal. Soon Komban customers will be getting another experience of enjoying another goat meat curry with a south Indian touch of spices.
